The Belize Virtual Expo (“Event”) is provided by the Belize Tourism Board (BTB).
BTB may use the services of third-party vendors, including a video streaming service and a virtual hosting provider, to facilitate access to the Event. BTB may provide your name, company, and email address listed on your Event registration to hosting providers as needed to facilitate your access to the Event. You must agree to the Terms and Conditions of the virtual hosting provider in order to access the virtual platform for the Event.
By registering my name, contact information, email address, and telephone number, I am consenting to the Belize Tourism Board (BTB):
Holding my data to keep me informed of future initiatives, events, marketing opportunities, and FAM trips
By scanning my virtual badge at the booth, I consent to the Belize Tourism Board (BTB):
Distributing my information to stakeholders of the BTB, both locally and internationally. By such distribution, I agree to hold harmless the BTB from any and all claims, actions, liabilities, suits, injuries, demands, obligations, losses, settlements, judgments, fines, penalties, costs and expenses, including attorney’s fees and other expenses, (collectively, a “Claim”) arising out of or relating to the distribution of the contact information. I have the right to a copy of my personal information at any time or to opt out of having my information distributed by contacting traveltrade@belizetourismboard.org.
